Born at Farrens Point, Stormont County, ON, November 18, 1869.

Received Commission as Captain, Army Medical Corp (Militia), 1908. Retired as Lt Col, 1931.

Married Ethyl Jean Cherry in 1898. Three sons; one daughter.

Initiated into St. John’s Lodge No. 63, GRC, Carleton Place, ON. WM 1899.

DDGM, Ottawa District, 1905.

Moved to Regina, SK, August 1908.

Affiliated with NWMP Lodge No. 11, GRS, Regina.

Died at home in Regina, Monday, June 3, 1940, at 70 years of age.
