James Walter MacNeill

Born 1873 in Prince Edward Island.
Attended Prince of Wales College, Charlottetown, PEI and McGill University, Montreal, graduating in Medicine, 1901.
Practiced medicine in New Brunswick, later moving to Hanley, SK.
Spent six years as a country doctor.
MLA 1908–13, resigning to become Superintendent of the Provincial Mental Hospital at Battleford, SK.
Married Miss Annie Campbell at Spring Hill, NB. One son; three daughters.
Initiated into Hanley Lodge No. 28, GRS, November 26, 1908. Demitted to affiliate with Battle Lodge No. 19, GRS, February 12, 1914. WM 1917.
GJW 1920. GM 1923–24.
Died at Saskatoon, Sunday, July 1, 1945, at 72 years of age.
