Joseph Orville Clarke

Grand Master, 1929–30

Born near Picton, Prince Edward County, ON, May 22, 1887.

Received elementary and high school education at Picton.

Moved west to Indian Head, SK, 1906, next to Govan, SK, 1909, and then to Regina in 1941.

While at Govan was first employed by a telephone company, then general distributing agent for life insurance, and then as Mayor.

In Regina he worked with Mutual Life Insurance Company and secretary of the Masonic Temple.

Raised in Indian Head Lodge No. 4, GRS, October 8, 1908.

GM 1929–30.

Died in North Vancouver, B.C., November 12, 1960, at 73 years of age.
