Grand Master, 1942–43

Born October 15, 1885 at Qu’Appelle, SK.

After elementary and high school, graduated from Regina Normal School in 1902. Attended University of Toronto. Named Rhodes Scholar for Saskatchewan and Alberta in 1910. Graduated from Oxford University.

Before leaving England was admitted as Barrister of Law. Upon returning to Saskatchewan was admitted to the Bar. Engaged in active practice at Regina, SK.

Married Miss F. Myra Smith, BA, of Moose Jaw in 1923. Three daughters.

Initiated into Qu’Appelle Lodge No. 6, GRS in 1913. Affiliated with Assiniboia Lodge No. 49, GRS, 1917. WM 1936.

Died in Regina, August 26, 1968 at 83 years of age.
