Received BA Degree from University of New Brunswick and LLB in 1915 from Harvard Law School. Admitted to the Bar in Saskatchewan in 1917.

Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, 1944-56.

Married Miss Muriel A.I. Baldwin of Chatham, NB. Three sons.

Initiated, Passed, and Raised in Saskatchewan Lodge No. 16, GRS, 1920. WM 1928.

DDGM, District No. 5, GLS, 1931. GM 1936-36.

Died in Ottawa, ON, Sunday, January 22, 1956 at 66 years of age. Funeral services held in Ottawa and also in Saskatoon with Masonic Rites.
