Born in London, England, January 22, 1867.

On leaving school, traveled to Canada for a holiday and was so impressed he chose to stay.

Employed with Wholesale Tobacco House, Fort William, ON.

Moved to Prince Albert, SK in 1919 and founded Musk and Co. (Wholesale Tobacco).

Married Miss Rose Hemstead of Toronto, ON in 1898. Three sons; one daughter.

Initiated into Pequonga Lodge No. 414, GRC, Kenora, ON, 1905. Affiliated with Prince Albert Lodge No. 63. WM 1924.

DDGM, District No. 1, GLS, 1930. GM 1937-38.

Died at Prince Albert, Monday, February 27, 1956 at 90 years of age and buried with Masonic Rites, , March 1, 1956.
