Early education at Culloden and Alvinston high school.
Came to Saskatchewan in 1908.
Married Miss Lena C. Graham of Inwood, ON. One son; one daughter.
Initiated into Alvinston Lodge No. 323, GRC. Affiliated with Lang Lodge No. 34, GRS, Lang, SK. WM 1912-13.
DDGM, District No. 14, GLS, 1914-15. Grand Registrar 1926-33. GM 1935-36.
Died June 18, 1979, at Regina, SK at 93 years of age. Buried with Masonic Rites, June 20, 1979.
