John J. McNamee

Grand Master, 2000–01

Born in England where he received his education and early business training in Public Transportation.

Graduate of the Institute of Transport and the Institute of Traffic Administration. Received a Diploma in Management Studies before coming to Canada in 1969.

Employed in the financial field for over 30 years. President of McNamee Financial Services.

A Licensed Lay Minister with the Anglican Diocese of Edmonton and later with the Saskatoon Diocese.

Married to Ivy. Two daughters; two granddaughters.

Initiated into Victory Lodge No. 144, GRS, 1976. Affiliated with St. Andrew’s Lodge No. 174, GRS, 1985. WM 1989. Member of many concordant Masonic bodies.

Grand Organist 1993–94. DDGM, District No. 2, GLS, 1994–95. GM 2000–01.
