Thomas Willoughby Garland

Born March 10, 1901 at Pinkerton in Bruce County, ON.

Received his education and then moved to Contuar, SK.

In 1918 was farming in the Success District of Saskatchewan.

Active in municipal politics and the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool.

Married Miss Mabel Munro, August 14, 1933.

Joined Mount Herman Lodge No. 124, GRS at Pennant, SK. WM 1956.

GM 1964–65.

Died May 26, 1968 in Success, SK at 67 years of age and buried with Masonic Rites, May 29, 1968.
